Harmin, Five Archetypes
People problems often derail business initiatives. Up to 80% of new technology integration and onboarding of new people fail due to gnarly interpersonal friction. Yet, individuals seem to have an infinite capacity to remain in toxic circumstances.
How many hours of your life have you or your leader invested in avoiding dealing with a toxic work situation? Imagine what you’d gain if you could get all that time back…
Led by seasoned HR innovator, Carey Davidson, our framework targets the core of relationship disharmony – the unconscious limited thoughts and perceptions that lead us to ineffective decisions.
The Five Archetypes approach swiftly and compassionately reprograms fixed perceptions before they lead to disharmony for individuals and teams.
Our perceptions shape our actions, crafting the world we live in. When stress strikes, these perceptions drive split-second decisions.
To take control of our reality, we must pause, observe, and rewire our reactions to predetermined beliefs about ourselves, others, and our environments.
The Five Archetypes framework is unparalleled in guiding you through this transformation. Designed for ease of learning and practical application, our system adapts to fit your learning preferences and addresses your unique challenges.
Through a blend of interactive live sessions, micro-learning in the portal, and peer group discussions, our hybrid approach unlocks a new resilience that empowers every interaction.
